What makes chocolate so good is that it can go with pretty much anything. How is it that there are only flavours within the spectrum that are recreated in mass production everywhere? Yes, the classic chocolate of milk, dark, white on its own is delicious but Nichoco aims to create a unique experience that elevates this special ingredient. Not just elevate, but also tell a story with our own cultural touch. Bringing out flavours that are not widely used, appreciated, or tasted, dignifies the beauty of having a conversation with food.
Detailed Bar Ingredients
SPICY NUTS BAR - Selection of nuts roasted with cinnamon, harissa, paprika, cardamom & cayenne pepper.
ORANGE GRANOLA - Freshly toasted granola, dehydrated orange slices in cinnamon sugar and ground ginger.
MANGO FORTUNE - Dehydrated Mango pieces, mango oil and decadent fortune cookies.
STAR ANISE SALTED CARAMEL - Star Anise infused dry caramel, in dark chocolate, topped with Maldon sea salt.
